Your assessment and first gym session are in person at our Broxburn base, so we find what's actually driving your pain and get you moving properly with hands-on coaching from the start. The rest of the 12 weeks is delivered online, with a clear plan and regular check-ins, so you can crack on from anywhere. You get the in-person start where it counts and the flexibility of online for the rest.
